1. What types of classes do you offer?
At Flex Yoga Buffalo, we offer a range of classes designed for every level and intention:

Foundations of Vinyasa
A slower, unheated class focused on learning foundational postures and building confidence. -
Heated Vinyasa
A fast-paced, energizing flow in a heated room designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. -
Hot Power Fusion
A signature blend of Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, focused on strength, balance, and breath-led movement. -
Ashta Power Fusion
A high-intensity, heated practice combining Ashtanga structure with modern sculpt elements. -
Heated Yoga Sculpt
A full-body workout combining strength training, cardio, and yoga, set to energizing music. -
Barre Sculpt
A heated sculpt class focused on glutes, core, and posture with low-impact, high-intensity movements. -
Mat Power Sculpt
A Pilates-inspired, mat-based strength class focused on core stability and endurance. -
Yin
A slow, meditative practice with long-held postures to improve flexibility and promote relaxation. -
Restorative
A gentle, fully supported class designed for deep rest, recovery, and nervous system reset.
2. Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
We provide blocks, straps, and towels for all classes.
Mat rentals are available for $3, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
3. What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Most students practice barefoot, but socks are optional.
4. Are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. All of our classes are open to beginners.
If you're new, we recommend starting with:
- Foundations of Vinyasa
- Yin
- Restorative
Our instructors are here to support you every step of the way.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class.
This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and keep classes running smoothly.
- Late Cancel: $10 + loss of class credit
- No-Show: $15 + loss of class credit
Cancellations must be made through the app or by calling the studio. Social media messages are not accepted.
6. Is parking available?
Yes, there is free street parking and nearby lot parking available.
Please allow extra time during peak hours.
7. How do I sign up for a class?

Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but we recommend booking in advance.
8. Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Private sessions are fully customized to your goals and schedule.

9. Do you offer memberships or class packages?
Yes. We offer both memberships and class packages.
Please note:
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Packages may have expiration dates
10. How do I cancel or freeze my membership?
To cancel your membership, please email:

- 7 days’ notice is required before your next billing cycle
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
- No partial refunds
If you need a temporary freeze (travel or medical), email us to discuss options.
