    • A heated, strength-focused Pilates class designed to build core power, muscular endurance, and full-body strength.     • Combines power vinyasa and yin yoga into a single class. It begins with dynamic vinyasa flow and ends with a restorative yin sequence.

  • YIN

    • A deep, meditative practice that targets connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, through passive stretching. Poses are held for several minutes to enhance flexibility and energy flow, often creating a deep yet subtle intensity.

  • RESTORATIVE

    • A gentle, fully supported practice designed to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Unlike Yin, this class uses props to eliminate effort and encourage the body to enter a state of rest and recovery.
