INTRO TO VINYASA FLOW
- Our intro class focuses on the foundational postures of yoga. This Power Vinyasa-style class is taught in an unheated room at a slower pace.
HEATED VINYASA FLOW
- Our Power Vinyasa style class is taught in a heated room, allowing your body to stretch and detoxify. You'll dive deeper into advanced postures, move fast and sweat.
HOT POWER FUSION
- A fusion of power vinyasa and hot yoga. You'll focus on many of the strength and balancing postures of a hot yoga class while also focusing on establishing a paced flow to connect your breath to your movement.
MAT POWER SCULPT
- A heated, strength-focused Pilates class designed to build core power, muscular endurance, and full-body strength. This mat-based workout incorporates controlled, intentional movements to sculpt and tone muscles while improving stability and mobility—all set to energizing music for an empowering workout.
HEATED YOGA SCULPT
- Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends strength training with traditional yoga. This class targets every major muscle group, sculpting and toning your body while improving flexibility and balance. Set to energizing music, Yoga Sculpt is designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, offering a powerful combination of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle endurance, and yoga flow. Whether you're looking to build strength or increase flexibility, this class provides a fun, high-energy environment for all fitness levels.
VINYASA + YIN
- Combines power vinyasa and yin yoga into a single class. It begins with dynamic vinyasa flow and ends with a restorative yin sequence.
YIN
- Reboot and rebuild with postures focused on restorative stretching and breathing with no added heat. This class is taught at a slower pace and poses are held longer.
RESTORATIVE
- A gentle, fully supported practice designed to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Unlike Yin, this class uses props to eliminate effort and encourage the body to enter a state of rest and recovery.
PRENATAL YOGA
- Find calm, connection, and strength through the gentle practice of prenatal yoga. Surround yourself with a supportive community of moms-to-be, while easing common pregnancy discomforts and creating space for both your body and mind to soften and grow. Each class offers mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of quiet reflection, thoughtfully designed to support you and your baby with care and intention.
